Edwards Sprinklers is dedicated to all of our customers.  If a product we installed is found to be defective due to Manufacturers Defects, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. 


Warranties cover manufactures defects from normal use. Items that are damaged from abuse, landscaper equipment, landscaping personnel, roofers, painters, tree trimmers or pest control personnel are not covered. Labor for repair or replacement is not included. We honor all manufacturers warranties for their products.


Mechanical Equipment such as Pumps, Motors, Electric Valves and Timer Controllers are covered by Manufacturers Warranty. 

Products not included but not limited to: PVC piping, fittings, heads, valve boxes, electrical wiring, etc. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to maintain all equipment. 


Limited Mechanical Manufacturer Warranty:

If within 1 year of product installation the product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, the Manufacturer will repair or replace, at their option, free of charge, any part found to be defective as to workmanship or material. This warranty is extended to the original household purchaser only and is not transferable. This warranty does not apply to:

(a) damage to units caused by accident, dropping or abuse in handling, acts of God (i.e. lightning, flooding, hurricanes, etc.) or any negligent use; (b) damage to units or equipment due to landscaping or property maintenance and/or construction; (c)  units which have been subject to unauthorized repair, opened, taken apart or otherwise modified; (d) units not used in accordance with intended use and purpose; (e) damages exceeding the cost of the product; (f) the finish on any portion of the product, such as surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear; (g) transit damage, initial installation costs, removal costs, or re-installation costs.



Edwards Sprinklers, Inc. nor any Manufacturer is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of the

equipment, including but not limited to: vegetation/landscape loss, the cost of substitute equipment or service required during periods of malfunction or resulting non-use, property damage or personal injury resulting from installer's actions, whether negligent or otherwise.


Extended Warranty

Some Manufacturers offer an optional five year extended warranty for select models of equipment from the date of installation.  Extended

Warranties must be purchased at time of installation and are not available from all Manufacturers and the fee varies by manufacturer and by model.
